Photo Antiquities is located at 531 East Ohio St, on the North Side. This small gem of a museum has six different exhibit areas, and claims the largest displays of vintage images and equipment anywhere. Their archives contain over 500,000 photographic images from all over the world, including examples of Daguerreotypes, Ambrotypes and Tintypes.
Our group will enjoy a guided tour of the museum, and age-appropriate, hands-on activities during two tours, one for younger children and one for older.

1:00 – 2:00 – Ages 11- Teens This tour will delve more deeply into the history of photography, and will include examples of different photographic techniques from the archives, as well as hands on activities.
Both tours will include the museum exhibits.
COST is $8 per person, for children participating in the tour and activities, and including accompanying adults. Each family will pay onsite, directly to the museum.
If you have any questions, or if you are a family with kids in both age groups and are concerned about the logistics of separate tours, please contact Elizabeth Erikson at firstname.lastname@example.org or 724-288-1743.
